Health coaching is a partnership between myself, as a coach, and my client.
Bespoke 1:1 sessions that are supportive, client-centred approach to help improve health and well-being by changing habits and behaviours.
As a Health Coach, I review and discover what works for you to achieve your long term health goals in life. In this way, the responsibility and accountability stays with you, and therefore you are much more likely to make changes to habits for good and not just in the short term.
Incorporating my health coaching techniques will clarify your health and fitness goals, identify what is getting in the way, offer guidance in building realistic and sustainable habits, keep you accountable and motivated and make lasting changes.
During our health coaching sessions, I am here to listen, support and guide, giving "down to earth" practical, empathetic advice regarding changes you may like to make during your every day life.
