Support includes personalised nutrition guidance, exercise encouragement, coaching/fitness plans, recipes, practical tips, stress reduction strategies, improved sleep support, and a holistic focus on healthy ageing.
The program includes:
An initial 90 minutes session; our initial session is a relaxed and supportive space designed to build rapport, establish trust, and truly get to know one another. This first meeting is all about understanding where you are right now, exploring your current symptoms, and clarifying where you would like to be over the next 90 days. We will also review your overall specific goals.
To support this process, and prior to the session I will request completion of a food diary which will cover 3-4 days. This provides valuable insight into patterns that may be influencing how you feel and helps guide our work together.
From there, we will co-create a personalised coaching plan, focusing on one to four achievable goals/steps. These steps are designed to feel realistic and manageable, easily slotting into day to day life, which allows progress to build and changes to habits without any feeling a burden. As each action/step is met, new actions/steps are then added along the way - all with the aim to support your overall goals.
Bi-weekly follow-up sessions follow (6 in total); to review progress, identify what’s working well (and what is not), and for any appropriate adjustments to be made. Each follow-up will provide an updated brief assessment, ensuring your coaching plan continues to evolve in line with your needs.

This programme supports sleep, stress management, movement/fitness, and nutrition — all key factors influencing the healthy ageing process. I’ll help you understand why these areas matter, empowering you with knowledge as well as support.
Between sessions, you’ll have access for check-ins, questions, reflections, or breakthroughs. I’ll be there to support you every step of the way — celebrating progress and navigating challenges together.

Initial consultation reviewing health, fitness, nutrition, goals, creation of your coaching plan: 90 mins
