This package includes fitness plans/updates/adjustments, further lifestyle and nutrition discussions, recipe sharing, overall health plan updates etc.
Looking to focus on fitness specifically? I will be your fitness coach - your online personal trainer - providing tailored plans, developed for you, to work out in your local gym or at home:
£80 per month - includes weekly check ins, fitness plan updates/adjustments for progression and a monthly review.
